The biggest part of antique books is Bibles, as this has often been in every home, and therefore published in a greater number of copies.Antique books differed from the present in their appearance: the larger leaves format, often with leather covers, decorated with ornate stamps, more valuable – with blacksmith made brass or bronze fittings.
